About the role
The IT&D Senior Manager, Integrated Talent is part of the IT&D HR team, a team responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of all IT&D Continuous Improvement (CI), medium-sized projects and major programmes in HR function.
The role ensures alignment between HR strategy and technology solutions, by driving value through scalable, user-centric solutions, that support global rewards, compensation, and benefits processes.
The role reports to the IT&D Director, Integrated Talent, to support the development of processes and template standards for changes to HR Systems & Solutions. In this role, you will bring your vision and expertise to lead the design and delivery of Integrated Talent capabilities globally.
Your responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify the HR systems landscape
- Spearhead the creation and execution of end-to-end integrated talent solutions, enriching user interfaces, integrating systems, and leveraging cloud services.
- Manage a full lifecycle global integrated talent programme ensuring scalability, security, and exceptional performance.
- Track and report on metrics, while providing technical mentorship within our integrated talent IT&D team.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure proposed solutions align with technology standards
- Collaborate with Product Managers and delivery teams to refine backlog items and support planning
- Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure designs meet business and technical standards
The experience we're looking for
- 13+ years of experience in managing and implementing HR Integrated Talent solutions.
- Extensive experience of SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Techwolf or equivalent HR technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of expertise of leading complex change and multi-disciplinary projects
- Extensive experience working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
- Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
- Effective programme management and organisational skills
- Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
