About the role
The IT&D Senior Product Manager -Rewards & Benefits is part of the IT&D Transformation team, a team responsible for the Design, Delivery and sustenance of IT&D solutions in Rewards & Benefits function. This role will be responsible for all applications supporting compensation, pay equity, bonus managements, LTIPs, Global mobility and benefits administration
Your responsibilities
- Lead the team to effectively delivery and maintain the IT application in accordance with business needs
- Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward
- Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within Reckitt
- Identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
- Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with Reckitt practices
- Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
- Ensure consistency, standardisation and optimisation of HR Systems & Templates across Reckitt.
The experience we're looking for
- 15 + years of experience in managing and implementing HR/ Rewards solutions
- Experience working with internal and external applications environment
- Strong knowledge in SuccessFactors compensation module.
- Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee central modules and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus .
- Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
- Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
