About the role
The IT&D Solution Architect, HR Transformation is part of the IT&D Transformation team, a team responsible for the Design, Delivery and sustenance of all IT&D solutions and transformation programs in HR function.
The role is responsible for the strategic alignment, technology oversight governance and enforcement of standardised solutions for projects and programs related to ServiceNow and other applications within Reckitt. The role reports to the IT&D Director – HR Transformation, to support the development of processes and template standards for changes to HR Systems & Solutions.
Your responsibilities
• Lead the team to effectively delivery and maintain the IT application in accordance with business needs
• Laise with the Enterprise Architect team to ensure that the solutions are approved and compliant with Reckitt standards
• Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward
• Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within Reckitt
• Identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
• Work with delivery and OEM partners to ensure that any functional designs are delivered are in line with Reckitt practices
• Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
The experience we're looking for
• 10 + years of experience in managing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Experience working with internal and external applications environment
• Excellent knowledge in SuccessFactors HRSD & Now Assist module.
• Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
• Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
• Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills particularly at senior levels of an organisation
