About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manufacturing Solution Architect for IT/OT Hosting Infrastructure, you will lead the design and deployment of resilient IT/OT solutions crucial to supporting our manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a strategic plan for IT/OT hosting infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring it is modern, cost-effective, and meets the business's evolving needs.
  • Develop detailed architectural blueprints and documentation for IT/OT infrastructure and alignment of solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between infrastructure solutions, Industrial Automation systems, and business objectives.
  • Design and deploy virtualization solutions for IT/OT hosting infrastructure utilizing industry-leading technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Nutanix. Orchestrate compute workloads and automate infrastructure resource provisioning and management to achieve optimal resource utilization and performance.

The experience we're looking for

  • Over 15 years of hands-on experience as an Infrastructure/Solution Architect specializing in designing and managing Windows, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • Expertise in IT/OT solution architecture with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and resiliency.
  • Proficiency in IT/OT infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, containerization, and cloud computing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2019, 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
  • Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, and their integration technologies. Experience with Industry 4.0 principles and their application in manufacturing environments.
