About the role
As part of IT&D Solution Architect SAP Finance, the individual will be responsible for leading a team of FICO consultants for providing SAP subject matter expertise related to SAP Finance & Controlling, travel management. Individual should have excellent communication skills and must showcase visible energy and passion for the role and willingness and experience level that will ensure success for the broader teams involved.
Your responsibilities
• Experience with supporting or delivering systems for two or more of the following business processes: SAP FI-CO Financial Accounting, SAP Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, Controlling, Treasury, SAP Bank Accounting, SAP Use Tax and withholding tax using bolt on tools like Sabrix, SAP business partner understanding
• Hands-on experience working with bank interfaces, credit card payment interfaces, middleware knowledge and its integration with SAP ECC or SAP S4 Hana is required.
• Hands-on SAP configuration and technical skills to understand complex workflow requirements to develop detailed functional specifications is a must.
• Knowledgeable in the interdependencies and integration points between SAP modules.
• Work with global process owners and end users across the globe to design and deliver global solutions and country-specific localizations needed to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead external solution analysts and other subject matter experts to deliver projects within time, budget and quality constraints.
• Enforce development standards, change control processes, and adherence to the SAP global template.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of contracted resources and to drive accountability for issue resolution and project deliverables.
• Experience in developing project plans and individual work plans to complete configuration and business process.
• Experience in developing / implementing test strategies (Module-, Integration- User-Acceptance and Stress-Test) and experience in developing training
materials, functional documentation for technical teams to develop RICEFW objects.
The experience we're looking for
• Master’s degree in information management or related area required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in supporting and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling
• Global experience dealing with challenges of diverse cultures, time zones, travel and communications.
• Awareness of the health care industry is beneficial.
• Experience working in a highly validated environment is preferred.
• Understanding of KPIs and Metrics for multiple areas of ERP.
• SAP Certification in relevant modules (Preferred)
