About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly Solution Architect specializing in R&D Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust IT solutions that support the R&D infrastructure to meet the evolving demands of our digital landscape.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a blueprint for the R&D infrastructure strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall technology and business objectives.
- Execute strategies for the continuous improvement of R&D infrastructure, keeping them aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership for the establishment and implementation of end-to-end R&D infrastructure solutions, including network segmentation with modern technologies such as Identity Services Engine (ISE), DNA Center, Software Defined Access (SDA), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) for both LAN and Wireless.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Technical Architecture Specifications (TAS) for R&D Lab Infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure components.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related filed.
- Proven experience as Network Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing Network Infrastructure.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
- Strong knowledge of switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VRRP, HSRP, 802.1x, access lists) and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco ISE architecture, components, and deployment models.
- Hands-on experience with DNA Center fabric provisioning, automation, and assurance.
- Proficiency in implementing software-defined access (SD-Access) and policy-driven network segmentation and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
