About the role

We’re looking for an IT & D Senior Manager / Expert who is ready to thrive in one of the richest data sets in the industry and drive transformational impact. Your responsibilities

• Helps to orchestrate platform and architecture processes (including its documentation) and steer in the new operating model
• Perfectly understands Data & Analytics processes and how we run in our new Product / platform organization.
• Proposes optimization opportunities and helps to introduce innovation.
• Keeps an eye on what happens in platform and architecture team and is first point of contact in case of questions / escalations from the markets.
• Cooperates very closely with Data Product Sr Manager to understand all data domains and its products and UCs, as well as roadmaps and current challenges.
• Works close with DataOps Sr Manager in order to understand and support monitoring, governance, security and compliance of data and platforms, as well as to understand FinOps targets for Data & Analytics.
• Responsible for communications over platform and architecture team as well as awareness campaigns.

- Proven expertise in leading, managing, and developing high-calibre teams in the field of data and analytics.
- Ability to effectively translate complex data into insights and recommendations that resonate with business executives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management and engagement.
- Experience establishing data governance, compliance, and cultivating a data-centric culture.
- Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clarity and engagement with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in digital transformation initiatives and strategic execution.
