Your responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy full stack solutions that enhance our digital touchpoints, from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge products tailored for our users.
- Shape database management, server construction, and client-facing interface by weaving together the full fabric of our IT infrastructure.
- Define product strategies, translating them into user stories and contributing to significant enhancements.
- Pioneer the future of Reckitt's platforms, ensuring they're not just functional, but future-ready and accessible.
- Infuse our digital offerings with insights derived from data analysis, enhancing product value and user satisfaction.

The experience we're looking for

- Solid footing in full stack development and knowledge in agile project management.
- Fluent in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and server-side tech such as NodeJS and Express.
- Experience with React, serverless architectures, headless CMS, and GraphQL.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and data visualisation and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of conducting data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional at articulating complex concepts and collaborating across teams to achieve common goals.
