About the role

The IT&D Senior Manager – SAP Finance & Procurement is responsible for shaping, delivering, and governing SAP-enabled solutions across the Finance and Procurement domains. This role ensures that SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and connected applications are stable, scalable, compliant, and optimized to support global business operations. The role acts as a functional thought leader, partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and global process owners to deliver best-in-class digital capabilities. 

Your responsibilities

Own the global SAP Finance & Procurement technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation priorities.

Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance, MM, Ariba, VIM, and related procurement systems to support end-to-end process excellence.

Translate business objectives into scalable, standardized SAP solutions while minimizing technical debt and customizations.

Lead the design, build, and deployment of SAP solutions across Finance (FICO, Treasury, Tax, Asset Accounting, controlling) and Procurement (P2P, sourcing, vendor management).

Partner with global process owners to harmonize processes, define functional requirements, and ensure strong governance of the Global Template.

Act as the final functional design authority for changes, enhancements, and new solution deployments in Finance & Procurement.

Enable advanced capabilities such as automated invoice management, trade promotions, Vistex, indirect tax, and integrated procurement workflows. 

The experience we're looking for

  • 12–18+ years of SAP experience with strong functional knowledge across Finance (FICO) and Procurement (MM, P2P) domains.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA design, upgrade, migration, or transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of P2P, R2R, O2C integration, procurement compliance, vendor lifecycle management, and financial control processes knowledge of Ariba, SAP FI, CO, MM
  • Experience working in highly regulated, audit-heavy environments with solid knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, and SoD
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor contracts
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel globally (5–20%).
