About the role
As a Tax Compliance Analyst – Indirect Tax, you will report to the Area Tax Compliance & Reporting Snr Manager with a dotted line to the Controller for the respective market(s), supporting tax compliance and reporting activities across multiple jurisdictions. You will prepare and review tax filings, analyse tax positions, and provide insights to support business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of Indirect Tax matters, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your expertise in a dynamic, global environment.
Your responsibilities

Support preparation and review of tax returns and supporting documentation.

Review of tax returns prepared by outsourcing Partner (big 4).

Prepare and support group tax reporting into Longview.

Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data for tax reporting and compliance.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely tax submissions.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or tax
- 1 - 3 years of experience in tax compliance or analysis
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and reporting
- Experience in Share service centers desired
- Advance Bengali (highly desirable) and English; other languages a plus and Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP and tax compliance software

- Problem solves within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge and ability to use relevant internal systems.
- Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills whilst working under pressure.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform/Co-Pilot technology and workflow management solutions is desirable.
- Compliance orientated, auditing and risk management experience.
- Proven ability to work to on projects / lead projects driving change and delivering to stringent deadline.
- Fluent professional English language requirement.
