About the role

As the Internal Audit Manager – Delivery, you will play a central role in executing high‑quality audits across multiple business domains and markets. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of audit engagements, ensuring consistent adoption of Internal Audit methodology, effective coordination with business stakeholders, and timely completion of audit activities.

Working closely with Audit Leaders, Domain Leads, and the COE Managers (Ops & QA, and Data Analytics & Innovation), you will help deliver impactful, insight‑driven audits that strengthen governance, controls, and risk management across the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring that global audit plans are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end audit delivery, ensuring compliance with methodology, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate audit planning, including scope validation, risk assessment, walkthroughs, and workplan development.
  • Oversee fieldwork execution, ensuring robust testing, evidence quality, and supported conclusions.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to audit team members throughout engagements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between audit teams, Domain Leads, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate audit issues, observations, and recommendations effectively to management.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions.
  • Support audit planning through risk assessment, resource allocation, and workload prioritization.
  • Monitor audit progress, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure audit documentation and workpapers meet quality and methodology standards.
  • Drive consistency in testing, reporting, and governance practices across audits.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance audit efficiency, effectiveness, and value.
  • Promote the use of analytics, automation, and digital tools within audit activities.
  • Champion best practices, methodology improvements, and continuous innovation.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability building, and development of standard audit approaches.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
  • 8-10 years of internal audit experience, ideally with exposure to multiple business domains or markets.
  • Strong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, process evaluation, and control testing.
  • Experience leading or coordinating audit engagements in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with audit tools and data analytics platforms (Power BI, SQL, or similar) is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on problem‑solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
