Your responsibilities

Scope of Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
•    Design, implement, and review compensation structures (salary ranges, pay grades, bonuses, etc.).
•    Design comp structures in line with local practices, handling compensation surveys and benchmarking on a global scale. 
•    Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay scales.
•    Strong understanding of executive compensation and benefits including LTIPs / RSUs
•    Manage job evaluations and position classifications.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
•    Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
•    Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership and executives.
•    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation and benefits data.
•    Assist in preparing budget forecasts related to compensation.

People/Change Culture/Stakeholder Management:
•    Promoting strong leadership behaviours in all actions, acting in a transparent and appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders and members of the organisation
•    Leading, motivating and coaching the teams to ensure high performance.
•    Set and continually manage expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
•    Empowering and inspiring others to deliver operational excellence and holding each team member in the project to account for their delivery.

Compliance and Policy Development:
•    Stay updated on legislation related to compensation, benefits, and labor laws.
•    Ensure all programs comply with applicable laws (e.g., Equal Pay Act, Affordable Care Act).
•    Assist in developing internal policies related to compensation and benefits.


Employee Engagement:
•    Provide support to employees on compensation and benefits inquiries.
•    Gather employee feedback to assess satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to programs.
•    Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
 

The experience we're looking for

Preferred Skills:
•    Proven experience in HR Operations Management with particular focus in managing Rewards and Benefits processes.
•    Experience implementing Process Controls, audits and standardization at global level.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
•    Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, market trends, and relevant legal regulations.
•    Good understanding of Excel, macro and reporting.
•    Knowledge of Rewards and Benefits functional areas and HR systems (SuccessFactors & ServiceNow) proficiency is essential for this role.
 

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) are a plus.
•    Typically, 9+ years of compensation related experience, including compensation program, design, implementation and analysis.
