Your responsibilities
Process Optimization & Automation
Map current-state operational processes, diagnose inefficiencies, and identify gaps, improvement areas, and automation opportunities.
Architect streamlined future-state workflows, support the creation of standardized automation pipelines, and translate operational requirements into high-level, business-oriented user stories for development.
Establish foundational governance and demand planning intake frameworks for an internal automation and continuous improvement pipeline.
Agile Project Management & Crisis Mitigation
Act as an agile project manager to lead quick, iterative initiatives aimed at implementing automations, improving workflows, or structurally re-engineering broken processes.
Lead immediate tactical triage and "fire-fighting" for operational crises and service delivery failures.
Conduct exhaustive post-mortem investigations utilizing robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured ideation techniques to deploy error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Work cross-functionally with HR stakeholders, OPEX, and technical teams to ensure seamless change management and adoption of automated solutions.
Continuously track and report Return on Investment (ROI) and process metrics to leadership to demonstrate the financial and operational value of continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Challenges
Managing diverse tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic HR Shared Services environment where processes are frequently altered.
Balancing the immediate demands of tactical operational "fire-fighting" with the strategic execution of broader improvement projects.
Acting as an effective translation layer between non-technical HR operations and low-code technical developers.
Driving the adoption of new, automated processes while gaining alignment and buy-in from various matrixed global teams.
What You'll Gain
Hands-on experience mapping agile process optimizations across end-to-end HR Shared Services operations.
High-visibility exposure to global leadership through continuous ROI reporting and process value generation.
Elevated capabilities in agile project management, stakeholder negotiation, and complex root cause problem-solving.
