About the role

This role works as part of a Global People Services and its purpose is to support the team in all the activities related to Payroll Vendor Management function to ensure timely and accurately invoice processing and cross charging the correct costs to the respective markets globally.

Your responsibilities

•    Preparation & maintenance of MIS Reports on Monthly basis
•    Act as a single point of contact for all queries related to Payroll & US Rewards/Fringe Benefits invoicing.
•    Preparation of periodic dashboards to showcase the Fringe Benefits & Payroll processing cost for each of the region globally
•    Act as a custodian of all the vendor invoices for all regions globally
•    Develop standardised template to capture annualised Payroll & Fringe Benefits cost for each of the markets across Reckitt to help the local finance/HR teams for accurate accruals in the books
•    Develop standardised YTD actual payroll & fringe benefits cost analysis to capture the actual cost for each region to assess the actual spent
•    Prepare monthly cost reports to do the variance analysis for budget Vs actual cost report
•    Ensure data is completely reconciled between the invoice raised and the payment made to have 100% data accuracy.
•    PO Governance end-to-end on SAP Ariba & SAP Nutrition for Payroll & Rewards Vendors spends throughout the year.
•    Handling Non-PO & PO Invoices & associated GL Coding on SAP Turbo & SAP Nutrition
•    Provide relevant details to local Finance/HR teams during budget re-forecasting exercise.
•    Send quarterly cost cross charge journals to the local markets to capture correct payroll & fringe benefits processing costs in the local P&L.
•    Help the payroll & rewards team on reconciling outstanding payroll Balance sheets accounts.
•    Ability to link multiple databases/Excel spreadsheets to generate business cost reports.
•    Preparing Charts and tables for analysing data from different vertical and segments, according to requirement


Key Challenges:
•    Ability to work in a team as well as with all levels within the organisation 
•    Strong hands in Advanced Excel & Reporting
•    SAP Knowledge & experience is a must
•    Ensuring that all company policies are adhered 
•    Ensure data privacy 
•    Ensuring the accuracy of reports produced 
•    Analysing the data / Data Analysis
•    Understanding the basic requirement of report and output 
•    Establishing working relationships with key HR/Finance professionals in-country as well as 3rd Party Vendors (Payroll & Rewards)

•    Accounting, reporting, analysis (Macros) & BS Recs
•    Strong hands in Advanced Reporting
•    V-lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table
•    Advance Macro (VBA) skills
•    Advance Excel skills
•    Organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills  
•    Passion for service delivery, with high level of attention to detail 
•    Ability to adhere to strict deadlines 
•    Interpersonal & communication skills
