About the role

This role is part of the Procurement Excellence Team and primarily responsible to support the full team on communications, trainings schedules, monitoring progress of projects.

The role is also the central support for the capability program of the overall procurement function. 

Your responsibilities

  • Organize peer-to-peer training sessions (connect with SMEs, explain concept of our P2P sessions, send invites and communicate about the trainings to Procurement team)
  • Organize 3rd party training sessions (link with training provider, align participants lists and organize trainings : dates, sending invites and confirming attendance with participants planned, room booking with local reception desks)
  • Manage e-learning platform licenses assignment and report on platform adoption / usage
  • Maintain content on Supply Academy (learning pathways, ensure newly developed trainings are added to the platform etc.).
  • Manage Procurement Excellence Newsletter (collect topics, align with team and prepare the newsletter in dedicated tool)
  • Procurement excellence monthly KPI update
  • Maintain Procurement Portal / Hub
  • Orchestrate project roadmaps of the procurement excellence teams
  • Support on deck creations and project updates

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business, science/engineering, supply chain or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required
  • Minimum 5+ years in Project Management Roles
  • Minimum 3+ years of Procurement experience in FMCG.
  • Existing knowledge in capability programs, training orchestration is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, in particular IT&D team.
