About the role

We're searching for a Senior Analyst with a flair for financial detail and a knack for nifty number-crunching. The Process Intelligence Specialist is responsible for delivering data‑driven insights into how business processes actually run, using process mining, modelling, and advanced analytics. The role focuses on hands‑on analysis, converting complex process data into clear, actionable insights that help teams improve service, cost, speed, adherence, and automation readiness. This role works closely with process leads, business operations, data analytics, transformation teams, IT, and analytics functions and plays a key role in embedding process intelligence into day‑to‑day decision‑making.

Your responsibilities

Process Modelling & Standardization

  • Model process flows, ensure quality of modelled processes and act as SME to support & coach business modelers
  • Develop As‑Is and To‑Be process models based on input of process owners, operations and real execution data
  • Support process standardization efforts while clearly highlighting justified local or channel‑specific variants
  • Contribute to scenario and impact modelling (e.g. what-if models for promotions, capacity constraints, demand shocks)

Process Mining & Analysis

  • Set-up & Analysis of end‑to‑end process mining use cases on end-to-end processes e.g., O2C, S2P, R2R, Hire-to-Retire, Plan-to Fulfil
  • Discover actual execution flows, variants, bottlenecks, rework, and deviations from standard processes
  • Analyse root causes of performance issues affecting:
    • Service levels
    • Cycle time and backlog
    • Inventory and working capital
    • Cost‑to‑serve and leakage

Process Adherence & Compliance

  • Support audit, SOX, and regulatory requirements with data‑based evidence
  • Help define preventive controls and leading indicators
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, business‑oriented insights
  • Create dashboards, views, and visuals that answer, “what happened, why, and where to act.”

The experience we're looking for

5-7 years in process analytics, process improvement, or operational analytics

Hands‑on experience with process intelligence tools

Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, or other high‑volume operational environments preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics or related field

Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile working, Process Mining, Analytics are a plus
