About the role
As Solution Architect for SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will shape, define, and drive the end‑to‑end solution architecture. You will operate at the intersection of IT&D and business strategy, elevating Reckitt’s innovation capability and ensuring SAP PLM is applied in a standardised, scalable, and future‑ready manner across our global landscape. You will ensure our PLM architecture meets industry and regulatory standards, integrates seamlessly into the wider SAP ecosystem (including MDG and ERP), and supports Reckitt’s long‑term digital and compliance strategy.
You will provide strong architectural leadership, influence major design decisions, and act as a key member of our Design Authority.
Your responsibilities
- Act as SAP solution architect and subject‑matter expert for PLM and all related integrations
- Define end‑to‑end reference architectures aligned to SAP roadmaps and Reckitt’s strategic direction
- Provide authoritative guidance on best‑practice PLM solution design
- Define data and integration architectures using: DRF, IDoc / ALE, SLT, SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- Architect integration to: SAP MDG, SAP ERP, LIMS, Regulatory systems
- Ensure full compliance with Reckitt’s architecture, cyber‑security, and data‑management standards
- Contribute to solution positioning, innovation discussions, and design governance forums
The experience we're looking for
- 10–15+ years of SAP Architecture experience in life‑science or similarly regulated industries
- Deep expertise in SAP PLM for process manufacturing
- Hands‑on leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Working in a multi-location, cross functional and cross cultural team
- Strong experience in hybrid delivery environments (Agile and Waterfall), with a solid understanding of GxP practices
- Proven track record supporting complex, multi‑disciplinary change programmes
