About the role
The Source to Pay (STP) Transformation Manager is responsible for leading global transformation initiatives across the Source to Pay landscape, with a particular focus on Travel & Expense, SAP Concur, and corporate card programme optimisation.
This role will drive process standardisation, digital transformation, automation, operational excellence, and user experience improvements across the end-to-end STP process framework. The role will partner closely with Procurement, Finance, HR, Tax, IT, Shared Services, Internal Controls, and external vendors to deliver scalable and compliant global solutions.
The role requires strong transformation leadership, programme delivery capability, process design expertise, and deep understanding of T&E operations and controls. The successful candidate will act as a partner to global stakeholders while leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
Your responsibilities
- Lead global Source to Pay transformation initiatives focused on process harmonisation, simplification, automation, and digital enablement.
- Drive the transformation roadmap for Travel & Expense processes, including optimisation of SAP Concur and related integrated solutions.
- Lead global corporate card programme transformation initiatives in partnership with banking providers, Treasury, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to design and implement scalable system enhancements, integrations, and automation opportunities.
- Support deployment of global operating models, governance frameworks, and standardised policies across regions and markets.
- Drive adoption of best practices across Source to Pay operations while balancing business, compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
- Develop transformation business cases, project plans, KPIs, and value tracking mechanisms to support programme delivery.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Procurement, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Source to Pay, Finance Transformation, Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Travel & Expense management.
- Strong experience leading transformation or process improvement programmes within global organisations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and Invoice solutions, including process design, governance, and optimisation.
- Experience managing or transforming global corporate card programmes.
- Strong understanding of Source to Pay controls, compliance requirements, audit frameworks, and governance processes.
- Proven experience delivering process automation, digitisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, workflow tools, and finance/procurement technologies preferred.
