About the role
This role provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen Reckitt’s financial integrity by supporting end‑to‑end Source to Pay (STP) activities across global operations. You will be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining vendor master data, processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that procurement‑to‑payment transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with global policies.
You will also leverage digital tools to streamline processes, automate manual work, strengthen internal controls, and enhance audit readiness. With strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving skills, you will contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement within the STP function.

Your responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end STP processes: invoice processing, credit notes, GR/IR clearing, payment runs, and PO closure.
- Resolve invoice exceptions by coordinating with Procurement, vendors, and business teams; monitor blocked/open items for timely payment readiness.
- Manage GR/IR reviews, reconciliations, and closure of aged items; review vendor reconciliations and outstanding balances.
- Maintain vendor master data with strong compliance, governance, and control discipline.
- Perform variance analysis, root‑cause investigation, and resolve AP discrepancies globally.
- Ensure audit‑ready documentation, payment control adherence, and process standardization.
- Support automation, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management; highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable in high‑volume environments.
The experience we're looking for
- Semi‑qualified CA / CMA / CPA / CWA or MBA (Finance)
- 4–6 years of relevant Source to Pay experience
The skills for success
- Procure‑to‑Invoice, Invoice‑to‑Pay, T&E, and advanced AP reconciliation.
- Vendor Master Data management and invoice processing with issue resolution.
- GR/IR reconciliation, variance analysis, and root‑cause investigation.
- Strong understanding of 2‑way/3‑way match and the full STP/P2P lifecycle.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP AP modules & workflow tools (SAP, JDE, VIM).
- Strong focus on data accuracy, governance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Expert accounting knowledge with mandatory manufacturing industry experience.
- Broad exposure to STP, Accounts Payable, Procurement Ops, and Finance Ops.
- Experience working in P2P/STP shared‑services environments.
- Understanding of global process frameworks and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Awareness of compliance, vendor onboarding, payment controls, and control frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and root‑cause problem‑solving capability.
- Highly accurate and dependable in meeting recurring deadlines.
- Clear communication skills for documentation, supplier interaction, and reporting.
- Effective in global, matrixed, cross‑functional teams with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong focus on standardization, automation, continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail, strong prioritization, and stakeholder management.
