About the role
Drive operational excellence within Master Data Management (MDM) by partnering closely with our BPO to ensure efficient, standardized, and continuously improving MDM operations. We're searching for a Senior Analyst with a flair for financial detail and a knack for nifty number-crunching. Your responsibilities
- Ensure transformation initiatives and process changes are effectively implemented within MDM operational processes.
- Identify, develop, and deploy automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage operational escalations and key delivery issues between business stakeholders and the MDM operations team.
- Ensure work instructions are aligned with global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support updates and maintenance of applications and systems used in MDM operations.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations and “how‑to” guides.
- Provide operational support to MDM Operation Team Leads and SMEs to resolve process or system issues.
The experience we're looking for
- 7–8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) operations, with strong exposure to working with BPO partners and driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of MDM processes, including Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data domains.Proven experience in transformation initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP and SAP MDG for managing and maintaining master data processes.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle operational escalations effectively
- .Experience in developing SOPs, work instructions, and ensuring alignment with global process standards.Ability to support system updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot MDM-related application issues.
- Proficiency in creating training materials, presentations, and “how‑to” guides for knowledge management.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
