About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward‑thinking Senior Manager, GPS Reward to shape the next chapter of our global Reward operations. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of Reckitt’s HR Transformation—leading a team of Reward specialists and operational experts, elevating process mastery, strengthening global governance, and driving insight‑led operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Reward COE, HR partners, IT&D, and cross‑functional GPS teams to deliver best‑in‑class global Reward processes. As GPS expands its strategic footprint, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence how we operate, build deep Reward capability, and help establish GPS as a trusted global centre of expertise.

Your responsibilities

Lead Reward Operations & Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team of Reward specialists delivering core global Reward activities across all regions.
  • Build technical strength and subject‑matter expertise across the team.
  • Create a high‑performance culture anchored in accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Manage workload allocation, resource planning, and coaching to ensure sustainable team performance.

Drive Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and workflow simplification.
  • Collaborate with IT&D and Transformation teams to enhance GPS Reward capabilities and implement modern digital solutions.
  • Strengthen a culture of proactive compliance by identifying governance gaps early, driving preventive actions, and ensuring Reward processes remain aligned with evolving policies.

Partner with Reward COE & HR Stakeholders

  • Act as a strategic operational partner to the Reward COE, supporting process design, enhancements, and policy interpretation.
  • Provide insight and market feedback to support simplification, digitalisation, and global alignment.
  • Build trusted partnerships with HRBPs, IT&D, Finance, Payroll, and other GPS teams.

Deliver Core Global Reward Processes

  • Oversee end‑to‑end execution of key Reward processes including Annual Pay Review, Global Bonus cycles, Benefits operations, Job Architecture & Job Evaluation support, Pay Range maintenance, Off‑Cycle Adjustments, One‑off Payments, and more.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and simplification across all Reward processes.

Reward Reporting & Analytics

  • Promote efficiency by ensuring automation reduces manual work, enabling the team to focus on high‑value analytical insights.
  • Champion the shift from reporting to insight generation, driving adoption of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and storytelling with data.

The experience we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Reward , ideally in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong technical expertise across core Rewards.
  • Experience managing and developing teams in high‑paced environments.
  • Solid analytical skills with comfort navigating complex datasets.
  • Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and operate in a matrix organisation.
  • Experience in process optimisation or transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Beqom (preferred).
