About the role

As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. Your responsibilities

•    Strong subject matter expertise of Immigration for work authorizations and running day-to-day operations.

•    Ensure immigration operations and SLAs are met as per organizational standards.

•    Maintain strong cordial working relationships with internal stakeholders and immigration vendors.

•    Assisting international transferees with complex paperwork queries in order to obtain work authorization.

•    Handling stakeholders’ complex queries via MS Teams & Outlook emails.

•    Perform daily Immigration Operations using ServiceNow, SuccessFactors platforms along with platforms used by the immigration vendors for initiations and maintain internal database.

•    Perform daily follow up with the employees, immigration vendors and stakeholders and ensure overall immigration workflow closures.

•    Achieve advanced level of updated knowledge on immigration regulations and policies across the globe and ensure the organization's practices align with current immigration laws.

•    Upkeep the internal process documents and align with current immigration laws.

•    Take process specific directions from the process lead and operate within the working parameters set for the process.

•    HR Reporting and Data Analytics resulting in Strategy Execution

•    Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including review/presentation expertise.

•    Manage ambiguity and convert gaps/issues into opportunities for HR Immigration Services.

•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
•    3-5 years of experience in Immigration and data management, preferably in a shared services environment.
•    Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•    Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow is an added advantage.
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Task oriented, Multi-tasking, Critical Thinking
•    Entry level, Individual Contributor
