Your responsibilities
1. Collect and validate payroll inputs within defined cut-off timelines and process payroll with high accuracy.
2. Review attendance, time data, and exception reports, resolve any discrepancies.
3. Perform variance analysis and apply payroll controls to ensure accuracy in payslip generation.
4. Ensure timely salary disbursement for assigned countries.
5. Address and resolve employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
6. Ensure adherence to local statutory compliance, labor laws, and audit requirements.
7. Manage payroll reports and coordinate with Finance and HR for audits and reconciliations.
8. Support benefit-related deductions (e.g., superannuation, salary sacrifice, novated lease) as applicable by country.
9. Maintain and update payroll calendars in alignment with fiscal timelines.
10. Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation and process SOPs.
11. Support process improvements, automation, and standardization.
The experience we're looking for
• Experience working as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role, supporting one or more countries AME regions (e.g. Middle East.).
• Exposure to one or more payroll systems/vendors, such as ADP, NGA (Alight), or Dayforce.
• Proficiency in HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Understanding of full-cycle payroll processes, including new hires, exits, promotions, and F&F settlements.
• Familiarity with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements in supported countries.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence for payroll service partners.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years of payroll experience, preferably in a shared services or multi-country setup.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for payroll calculations and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
