Your responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for specific service lines.
Lead, design and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific hiring needs.
Ensure timely and efficient recruitment delivery in alignment with established
Demonstrate impactful communication across various stakeholder levels.- Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
Monitor hiring trends and analyze competitors to take ownership of data-driven strategies.

The experience we're looking for

6+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition expert , leading end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Experience in International Recruitment is a strong advantage

Skilled in designing effective hiring strategies, executing targeted headhunting, and leveraging multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent.

Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across global teams.

Demonstrates strong ownership, a growth mindset, and the agility to learn and adapt.
