About the role
The Workforce Planning (WFP), Knowledge Management & Change Support will be part of the Workforce Planning Team and will have the dual role of delivering and maintain knowledge management as well as being the primary support for the Deployment Lead as and when required.
Your responsibilities
WFP Deployment Knowledge Management development & governance
· Ensure deployed WFP processes align to agreed design principles, controls, and governance structures.
· Capture feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
· Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Country HR, HR Operations, and COEs to gather, validate, and document end-to-end HR processes and other development material.
· Create, review, and update Knowledge Articles, SOPs, FAQs, and process maps as required
· Ensure all documents follow defined knowledge standards, templates, and version control guidelines.
· Own the lifecycle management of HR knowledge content—from creation and approval to periodic review, archival, and retirement.
· Ensure timely publication and upkeep of knowledge content in the Knowledge Portal (SAC PCP, SharePoint / ServiceNow / other KM platforms).
· Support WFP process stabilization and transition activities by ensuring accurate and readily available knowledge documentation.
· Coordinate with Technology teams for system-related knowledge enablement (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc.).
· Conduct periodic quality checks, gap analysis, and audits of existing knowledge content.
· Track knowledge effectiveness metrics such as usage, feedback, accuracy, and resolution enablement.
WFP Deployment & Implementation
· Support the planning and execution of WFP process deployment across functions, geographies, and designed region.
· Understand the WFP functionality for operational implementation and business routines. Ensuring alignment. Answering queries and as when required
· Understand deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Change, Communications & Engagement
· Build strong working relationships to influence adoption, reinforce ownership, and enable accountability.
· Support forums and governance by providing clear recommendations and deployment insights, where appropriate
· Assist in delivering WFP communications approach aligned to the overall change approach
· Coordinate timing and sequencing of communications to align with key WFP milestones and planning cycles.
· Ensure consistency of messaging across all WFP-related communications.
Training & Capability Enablement
· Assist in coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
· Deliver training and briefing sessions, ensure business users are confident in applying WFP outputs to decision-making, planning, and scenario discussions.
