About the role
As a Territory Business Manager - Allergy Infant Formula, you’ll set the direction to deliver outstanding commercial results for our allergy portfolio. You will develop and cultivate relationships with key decision makers across the pediatric, OBGYN, and hospital segments — including physicians, M.D. office staff, hospital clinicians, and other members of the consumer influence network. Your primary focus is to drive long‑term revenue and market growth for our allergy infant formula and related nutritional products through strategic territory execution and cross‑functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Execute the selling process: organize and communicate information convincingly, build customer confidence and receptivity, and develop strong rapport.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, M.D. office staff, hospital staff, and other influencers in the allergy and pediatric markets.
- Leverage clinical and competitive knowledge: apply accurate, up‑to‑date knowledge of Reckitt / Mead Johnson Nutrition products and competitor offerings; use clinical data and competitive intelligence to support sales.
- Understand market dynamics: demonstrate knowledge of healthcare trends, competitors, regulations, and the managed care environment.
- Develop territory plans: create and prioritize territory and account plans to achieve short‑ and long‑term business goals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally: work with marketing, medical affairs, and regional teams to align tactics and amplify commercial initiatives.
- Foster team effectiveness: share knowledge and best practices to optimize strategies and drive overall sales performance.
- Use digital and analytical tools: utilize current software systems for planning, forecasting, reporting, and supporting sales calls and presentations.
The experience we're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Two‑year RN degree plus equivalent related experience may be substituted. Major in life sciences, nursing, nutrition, communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous field sales experience in B2B, pharmaceutical, nutritional, or hospital markets; or clinical experience as a Neonatal Dietitian, Registered Dietitian, PharmD, or NICU RN.
- Sales skills: Proven ability to influence key decision makers, present to varied audiences, and develop/maintain rapport. Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
- Other: Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds. This role requires daily travel and occasional overnight travel for territory coverage and regional/national meetings.

US salary ranges
USD $81,000.00
- $121,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
