About the role
We're on the lookout for a Senior Sales Administrator and Planning Excellence to champion Reckitt's iconic Medical brands. In this role, you will combine executive assistant experience with a proactive and adaptable approach, using Microsoft Office 365. You’re a natural multitasker, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions when needed. And crucially, you’re also comfortable working quickly and reacting to change.

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
• Be a true right-hand hand support to the VP of Medical Sales; helping to support and manage priorities while acting as a trusted advisor.
• Organize meetings with key stakeholders working through different time zones and liaison with individuals throughout the US.
• Seamlessly manage supervisor's agenda, travel and meeting dates.
• Diagnose and handle operations and administrative business issues before/as they arise in a logical, self-directed manner. Implement administrative process and make efficient improvements.
• Appropriately and confidentially manage confidential data, including sensitive business and financial data and personnel information.
• Using advanced software skills, will be responsible for the preparation of moderate to complex spreadsheets and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Review data for accuracy.
• Responsible for event planning for off-site events from intimate gatherings to large conferences.
• Manage invoices and other related tasks related to the manager’s budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently.
• Actively participate in leadership team meetings, providing insights and updates as needed.
The experience we're looking for
• A HS degree is required, and BS degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated, expert-level skills using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Outlook Calendar.
• Must have ability to work independently, shift priorities in an ever-changing work environment, get things done quickly and accurately.
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral with proven ability to draft business communications.
• Must have proven analytical skills in working with data to ensure its accuracy and that it makes sense within the context of how it will be delivered.
• Ability to make quick, solid decisions with confidence to expertly field both internal and external business requests.
• Must be an out-going individual who possesses a high level of initiative to get things done efficiently.
• Must have the proven ability to navigate effectively within a complex organization.
• Ability to effectively manage confidential and sensitive information properly.

US salary ranges

US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
