Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Key Account Executive will lead point-of-contact efforts with key customers, driving category optimization and range expansion in alignment with Reckitt's TER Growth ambitions. Based in a designated region, the KAE will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within their allocated geography, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. 

Your responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure seamless alignment of demand and supply needs for customers, driving operational efficiency and satisfaction. 

2. Sales Operations: Execute and implement category strategies aligned with customer needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

3. In-Store Execution: Ensure effective store merchandising that meets JBP requirements, training and developing on-ground merchandising teams to achieve this goal. 

4. Sales Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Reckitt’s Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies, and competition law 

 

 

 

 

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Adminstration 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in field sales preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and business acumen, driving store level decision-making and a strong drive for outperformance via executional excellence.
  • Proactively collect and analyze data to identify growth opportunities, monitor competition, and track market trends.
  • Foster strong business and customer relationships by managing stakeholder interests and continually enhancing connections.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, to effectively analyze data and drive business insights.
