About the role
Account Executive – C&C is responsible for driving commercial performance and operational excellence within the assigned customers. This role oversees all sales, stock management, and process execution for Cash & Carry, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Builds strong relationships with customers, monitors market trends, and implements strategic actions to enhance competitiveness.
Your responsibilities
Account Responsibility
- Manage all sales and stock processes. Prepare, negotiate, and renew annual contracts in line with company policies
- Be directly accountable for the overall commercial performance of the C&C customers.
Customer Relations & Development
- Manage assigned Cash & Carry customers and maintain long-term partnerships
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure implementation of agreed actions and initiatives in the field
- o Monitor account performance and take corrective actions when necessary
Market Monitoring & Competitive Analysis
- Regularly track market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing trends in the region.
- Take strategic actions based on insights and provide feedback to headquarters.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to channel growth
Reporting & Internal Communication
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present them to upper management.
- Collaborate with central teams and share customer based updates regularly.
Operational Efficiency
- Ensure cost-effective and timely execution of regional operations.
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives.
Campaign & Activity Management
- Ensure the effective regional execution of centrally planned campaigns.
- Plan and implement region-specific sales boosting activities.
Crisis & Problem Management
- Quickly and effectively resolve commercial or operational issues.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Finance or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 1–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or trade marketing; internship experience can be acceptable for junior roles.
- Strong MS Office Skills ; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) recommended.
- Fluency both in English & in Turkish
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present analyses to partners
