About the role
Digital Media Manager plays a pivotal role in leading Reckitt’s digital campaign activations inplatform, overseeing media performance & developing campaign best practice. Being the main point of contact for the Eastern Europe Consumer Engagement (CE) Pod, you will be responsible for cocreating digital activation plans across key brands in collaboration with a wider team – supported by the local Media, Audience & Performance teams. Digital Media Manager will oversee the daily media performance across key channels, ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented. You will act as the senior digital expert for key digital platforms – responsible for developing & updating digital channel playbooks, advising on campaign set-up and leading a team of digital in-house traders to support with the running of campaigns.
Your responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end digital campaign excellence by turning briefs into high‑impact activations in close collaboration with the CE Pod and cross‑functional teams.
- Shape smart digital strategies by advising on channels, in‑platform tactics, and innovative test‑and‑learn opportunities that elevate media performance.
- Lead and support a team of digital traders, championing best practices, building playbooks, and upskilling the team on the latest platform capabilities.
- Use data to optimize targeting, streamline workflows, and ensure cohesive, insight‑driven campaign execution across markets.
- Oversee campaign performance reporting and financial reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful programmatic or paid social, search, e-commerce campaigns. (Min. 5 years of in-platform experience)
- Strong understanding of programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Adform, Amazon, Allegro, e-retailer DSPs etc). Paid social (Meta, TikTok etc) and paid search is a plus.
- Previous exposure to use of ad verification & ad server platforms such as DoubleVerify, Campaign Manager
