About the role

Are you a finance professional looking to bring your analytical thinking to a vibrant and forward-thinking company? As our new Finance Reporting Analyst you'll have the unique chance to contribute directly to the financial well-being of our operations. Your expertise will guide the financial management of our Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions, ensuring we run at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities

  • Developing and improving sustainable and automated systems and processes for financial operations.
  • Building enduring partnerships, cultivating strong relationships across the company and with external partners.
  • Harmonizing cross-GBU in-market process standardization and leading technological advancements for optimal operations.
  • Endorsing the integrity of statutory financial outcomes for the market and managing all local filings, queries, and third-party interactions.
  • Preparing financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Managing relationships with global teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements and monthly data sets for management reporting purposes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Following actions arising from financial control activities to improve the monthly closing processes.
  • Dealing with the financial audit processes, being responsible for the preparation of the IFRS and other financial statements and responsible for the information flow to the auditors.
  • Providing accounting guidance to the businesses and other teams when necessary.
  • Streamlining accounting policies across the group company.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Finance.
  • 0-3 years of experience in finance area.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experienced in IFRS and TFRS reporting.
  • Multitasking & ability to work under strict deadline.
  • Analytic and structured thinking ability.
  • Flexible, highly motivated and result oriented.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
