About the role

Take the lead in shaping the future of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations at Reckitt. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring employees are rewarded accurately, compliantly, and on time - while continuously improving the systems and processes behind these operations. This position goes beyond managing payroll; it requires driving innovation, strengthening data integrity, and elevating the employee experience across multiple HR domains. You will collaborate closely with local and regional Rewards teams, Finance, HR Business Partners, and external providers to deliver seamless payroll cycles, accurate compensation documentation, and smooth international transfer processes. Your leadership will also be key in managing employee relations activities, supporting legal and governmental requirements, and contributing to major annual projects such as pay review and gender pay gap reporting.

Your responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

•    Support the local & regional Rewards teams.
•    In conjunction with HR Business Partners and Rewards Leads, draft Offer Letters, Contracts, Role Change Letters and Severance agreements.
•    Key ownership of portals / systems and international transferee population tracking, ensuring the data held is up to date and accurate.
•    Work with the Finance department to ensure adequate estimates, forecasts, and calculations of expenditures in compensation for budget planning and tracking.

 

Projects
•    Support and own local & regional projects alongside the wider team. This may include supporting the Rewards team for annual projects such as pay review or gender pay gap reporting and other projects from concept to delivery working with many different stakeholders in the business.

 

International Transfer Process / Third-Party Providers
•    Manage life-cycle of international transferees, working closely to ensure that the international transfer process is operating as smooth as possible.
•    Provide policy application advice to HR stakeholders and transferees.
•    Track progress of moves, providing updates to all relevant stakeholders and escalating issues as needed.
•    Review invoices to ensure accuracy of cost centers and employee ID numbers to facilitate quick processing of POs.

 

Payroll
•    Manage monthly payroll processing and analysis.
•    Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
•    Assist employees with all payroll questions and requests.
•    Lead & coach the one direct report, Payroll & Benefits Analyst. 
 

Employee Relations
•    Act as first point of contact to all employees about all Employment related processes.
•    Manage all governmental process, employment documentation, work permissions, visas etc.
•    Comply with information security policies and to support internal information security awareness activities.
•    Ensure proper documentation & data accuracy with highest standards for various local & independent audit requirements.
•    Support the end-to-end union relations for the Tuzla Factory, in collaboration with the Tuzla HRBP, actively participate in Collective bargaining process every two years, providing salary & benefits data and required other reports & analysis.

The experience we're looking for

•    Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course or equivalent.
•    At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Payroll, end to end HR Operations and Data Management.
•    Good knowledge in labour law and compliance & local practices.
•    Comfortable with data analysis, HR Metrics, and reporting.
•    Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (specially SAP Success Factors).
•    High level of English proficiency.
•    Advanced level of MS Office (especially Excel) programs.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
•    Agility to adapt changes & strong resilience.
