Your responsibilities
- Entering all entries of the relevant month completely and accurately into the payroll system draft and uploading them to the system before the payroll closing date
- Prepare the monthly closure comparison report (previous month vs current month, Input vs Output, Emp. Master data vs current month etc.)
- Prepare the monthly closure reports such as annual leave accrual, HC, BU x-charge reports Checking the new hires & leavers’ social security entrance & exits in place
- Leavers’ Process (myRB and SGK exit records, preparing their documents – service letter/mutual agreement, giving the info to related people for preparation)
- Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law, payroll tax regulations and internal policies in payroll calculations
- Collaborating effectively with other departments, providing payroll-related support as needed
- Ability/Willingness to learn other international market payroll and support as backup
- Owner for all the internal and external Govt., Ops & Quality audits. Need to make sure engagement is marked compliant in all the certifications
- Maintaining SOP and process flow chart with changes done in the process
- Employee requests (payslip and payroll queries)
- Control and process payments for private health and private pensions, ensuring employee benefits are managed correctly
- Follow collective agreement processes, making relevant payments and updates as required.
The experience we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience within HR, Payroll and C&B
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Full cycle payroll processing experience, from new employee set up to separation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient user of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects
- Strong communication skills
- Effective organization skills, ability to prioritize and influence at all levels
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced international environment
- Analytical, inquisitive and very high attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of ADP application is an added advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally
