Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
This role is responsible for developing and implementing Impactful, profitable Category Trade Marketing Strategy including GTM strategy, trade investment and promotion planning & demand-supply aligned with Company and Brand Strategy in respective channels working closely with KAMs, BMs for comprehensive execution and monitoring.
Your responsibilities
Developing Channel Trade Marketing Strategy
- Create and Deliver Strong Channel Trade Marketing Strategic Plan (including Promo Guideline and Customer Masterplan) for Mead Johnson Focused Brands align with Company and Existing Brand Strategies in respective channels.
- Implementing Channel Trade Marketing Plan (GTM Strategy, Trade Investment and Promotion plan) Implementation as per agreed plan.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Brand Managers, Respective Channel/Account Stakeholders and Other respective parties to ensure our brands business objective is delivered within Trade Marketing Initiatives to support our commercial plans.
- Monitor, tracks and assesses the effectiveness of implemented Channel Trade Marketing Implementation by timely basis share adjustment ideas to enhance and assure effectiveness.
Manage Annual and Quarterly Budget Projection
- Manage Respective Channel Trade Investment by key activity by focusing on demonstrating ROI.
- Create Trade Marketing Initiatives in respective channels within specified brand and promo guidelines, secure and manage incremental funds.
- Conduct regular sessions with related commercial team to update trade marketing initiatives and feedback.
- Monitor Channel Trade Marketing Trade Spend accrual including Activity document completion aligned with Agreed Budget Projection Phasing.
The experience we're looking for
- A solid understanding of experiential Trade Marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement and best practice.
- Ability to manage Trade marketing and Channel/Account external stakeholders.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Great understanding of Trade marketing metrics and marketing performance reporting.
- Thorough understanding of omni-channel brand marketing practices.
