About the role
We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Digital Manager to drive the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across our FMCG portfolio. This role will partner closely with brand teams and our media agency to deliver best-in-class digital activation that accelerates brand growth.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Lead end-to-end digital campaign planning across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Translate brand objectives into effective full-funnel digital strategies.
- Collaborate with brand teams to align campaign plans with key marketing priorities and product initiatives.
- Work closely with the media agency to develop digital media plans that deliver efficient reach, engagement, and coversion.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Oversee the implementation of all digital campaigns, ensuring flawless execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, creative asset delivery, and platform setup with internal teams and agency partners.
- Monitor live campaigns and optimize performance in real-time, driving continuous improvement,
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with brand managers, consumer insights, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure integrated execution across touchpoints.
- Provide digital expertise and recommend best practices to strengthen brand activation plans.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against KPIs.
- Use data to extract insights and recommend future optimizations.
- Present post-campaing learnings to marketing and leadership teams.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience in digital marketing from agency or client side (FMCG experience preferred but not required).
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics, optimization, and performance analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong bias for action, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
