Human Resources Intern

Role Summary:
As an intern under HR function, you’ll have the opportunity to gain an extensive view of how the Human Resources team partners the business and speeds up your career! You will have full involvement from Day 1 on key HR processes and activities. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team.
In summary, you'll:
- Learning and Development (Training)
- in charge of event management and coordination for the Learning & Development activities that are organized under Human Resources program. In scope but not limited to: In house Program “Jam Belajar”, L&D Trackers and Reporting, Speed Mentoring.
- Employee Engagement and Communication
- Prepare communication materials such as emails & newsletters to inform stakeholders about upcoming activities and driving employee engagement activities. In scope but not limited to: Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Wellbeing Activities, Events & Townhalls
- HR Transformation & Change Management
- Assist the implementation of in-market Change Management activities, coordinate with Project Team (Change management team), HR team, and other key stakeholders.
- External Recognition
- In charge for the implementation of employee and external recognition program.
- Organize and maintain HR documents and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Perform ad-hoc assigned projects* as required in a high-quality, timely basis
The experience we're looking for:
- Final-year student (5/6/7th semester or above) from any major.
- Passionate about content creation and social media trends.
- Familiar with basic video editing tools (e.g., Canva, In Shot, Cap Cut, etc.).
- Creative, proactive, and eager to experiment new ideas.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid set up (must be able to work from the office periodically).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
