About the role
This role is responsible for managing Nutrition Consultant including performance analysis (including offtake, promotional effectiveness, and store-level metrics) and set up NC target setting and resource allocation and developing and delivering impactful training programs including product knowledge and customer engagement skills among Nutrition Consultants (NC). This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our frontline teams are well-equipped to communicate the value and benefits of our products effectively to customers.
Scope:
- Focused exclusively on Nutrition Consultants (NC) Management (Including Analysis).
- Conducting comprehensive and frequent training sessions to build product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Your responsibilities
Nutrition Consultant Management
- Managing 3rd party agency who handle Mead Johnson Nutrition Consultant
- Regular Analysis of NC performance including offtake, promotional impact, and store-level performance.
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations for NC target setting and allocation.
- Support planning and execution of initiatives to boost NC effectiveness.
Training & Capability Development
- Design and deliver structured training programs tailored to NC.
- Ensure training content is aligned with product updates, market trends, and business objectives.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Maintain a consistent training schedule and format (in-person, virtual, peer-led).
- Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in infant nutrition and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Nutrition Consultant and Trade Marketing teams to ensure training materials are accurate and aligned with brand messaging.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Collaboration & Reporting
- including training and performance strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards or tools for tracking NC performance metrics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.
The experience we're looking for
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, promotional effectiveness, and offtake analysis.
- Familiarity with training design and delivery methods (in-person, virtual, blended learning) in order to create engaging and informative training materials.
- Ability to develop and manage performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
