Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

 

Account: Alfa Group (Alfamart, Alfamidi, CK).

  • Update on sell out movement.
  • Tracking Sell out & Market Share movement Reckitt vs Competitor Activity.
  • Extrapolation of raw data from b2b to KAM Dashboard.
  • Competitor Activity Update & Analysis - working with TM.
  • Operations.
    • Follow Up on the actions for Service Level Improvement target collabs with Area Team.
    • Follow Up for pricing errors to external accounts.
    • Follow Up for return from Account & Collabs with area team.
    • Follow Up for stock condition of each SKU to accounts.
    • Follow Up for each forecast for certain promotion/NPD & such as Festive.
  • SKP Tracking for each activity by nego with Buyer.
  • Ensure the in store execution of each programs collabs with Area Team & MD.
  • On-time Project Execution.
    • Ensure Activity promo as per SKP run well in store.
    • Ensure the follow up on key project of NPD.
    • Ensure the follow up on key project such visibility initiatives.
    • Ensure the follow up on key project such POSM in store.
  • Actualize : Booking, Actual needed --> raise to KAM/TM if any add budget needed.
  • On-time settlement of claims every week.

The experience we're looking for

  • Background in supporting sales teams with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Adept at communicating with warmth and efficiency, building strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems to keep on top of tasks.
  • Customer-centric approach, eager to solve problems and deliver top-notch service.
  • Self-starter attitude, comfortable with taking initiative and managing workloads independently.
