About the role

Enfagrow  A+ Marketing Intern will support the Brand Manager in driving impactful and consistent brand presence across digital platforms, social commerce, and offline touchpoints. This role is responsible for coordinating creative executions, managing KOL collaborations, and supporting live commerce initiatives to strengthen consumer engagement and brand growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Support Brand Communication & Creative Execution
    • Assist Brand Manager in ensuring all marketing and communication materials are aligned with Enfagrow A+ brand strategy, visual identity, and communication guideline across social media and offline channels.
    • Key actions:
      • Coordinate daily execution of social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels,
      • Review creative materials to ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, visual identity, and claims compliance,
      • Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies for content development, adaptation, and approval processes,
      • Support campaign deployment for both online and offline consumer touchpoints including retail POSM, events, and store activations,
      • Monitor content publishing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables,
      • Consolidate feedback from Brand Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to refine creative outputs,
      • Ensure all executions comply with regulatory standards.
  • Manage Collaboration with KOL
    • Work together with KOL management agency to identify and develop engaging social media content ideas that strengthen brand equity and engagement.
    • Key actions:
      • Collaborate with KOL agency to source right influencers aligned with Enfagrow A+ target audience and brand persona,
      • Explore engaging content concepts with agency and creators,
      • Translate content ideation into clear and structured KOL briefing,
      • Coordinate briefing sessions and ensure creators understand campaign objectives, key messages, deliverables, and timelines,
      • Review KOL content submissions to ensure alignment with brand guideline and communication strategy,
      • Evaluate KOL performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, views, CTR, and sentiment analysis,
      • Prepare post-campaign recap and key learning presentations for internal review.
  • Support Live Streaming Initiatives
    • Partner with the Social Commerce team to support planning and execution of live streaming activities on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
    • Key actions:
      • Coordinate end-to-end preparation for special live commerce campaigns and promotional events,
      • Work with social commerce team to develop live stream themes, promotional mechanics, and content flow,
      • Support preparation of live stream creative assets including key visuals, talking points, promo highlights, and audience engagement materials,
      • Collaborate with hosts, KOLs, and agencies to ensure smooth execution during live sessions.
      • Monitor live performance metrics such as GMV, viewers, engagement, conversion,
      • Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize live commerce performance through content improvement and audience interaction,
      • Coordinate with e-commerce, agency and digital teams to ensure campaign readiness and operational alignment,
      • Consolidate campaign learnings and competitor benchmarking for future improvement.

The experience we're looking for

  • Final-year student (7th semester or above) from any major.
  • Passionate about content creation and social media trends.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to experiment new ideas.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid set up (must be able to work from the office periodically).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
