About the role
This role is responsible for the creation and delivery of the annual marketing activation plan for all Nutrition Brands across targeted audience, driving strategic and brand led activations up to outlet level. Bringing alive the spirit of the brand through Online/Offline events, sponsorships, activations, etc as business key lever to drive Business Growth.
Your responsibilities
- Build Strong Marketing Activation Plan aligned with Brand Strategies
- Create and Deliver Strong Marketing Activation plan for all Nutrition Focused Brands align with Existing Brand Strategies.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relation, Offline/Online Account team and customer to ensure our brands business objective is delivered within Marketing activation to support our commercial plans.
- Directing Consumer and Trade Promotions.
- Monitor, tracks and assesses the effectiveness of implemented activity/program and share adjustment ideas to enhance and assure effectiveness.
- Leading on Brand Activation, Sponsorship, Partnership Execution Excellence
- Build and maintain comprehensive marketing Activation Calendar align with brand marketing strategy.
- Oversee the design of promotional programs to ensure achievement of objectives around brand activation and customer and employee engagement.
- Develop Brief, Connect and Manage 3rd Pary Agency to ensure excellent Marketing Activation align with Brand Guideline.
- Regularly evaluating 3rd party Activation Agency performance, Sharing Feedback for Progressive Performance Improvement.
- Manage Annual and Querterly Budget Projection
- Manage Marketing Activation Budget by key activity by focusing on demonstrating ROI.
- Create all BTL activity for the customer within specified brand guidelines, secure and manage incremental funds.
- Conduct regular sessions with related commercial team update marketing initiatives and feedback.
- Monitor Marketing Activation Budget accrual including Activity document completion aligned with Agreed Budget Projection Phasing.
The experience we're looking for
- A solid understanding and experiental marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement and best practice.
- Ability to manage brand campaigns.
- Great understanding of marketing metrics and marketing performance reporting.
- Thorough understanding of omni-channel brand marketing practices.
- Track record of successful end-to-end delivery of event projects and programs, from briefing and conceptualization to onsite build and supplier management.
