About the role
We’re looking for an experienced e‑Brand Manager to own and grow Enfagrow across e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will act as a brand manager in the digital shelf environment, responsible for shaping the end-to-end online brand experience, from traffic and conversion to retention and advocacy.
You will lead how Enfagrow shows up, performs, and wins in ecommerce by integrating consumer experience, user experience, and performance marketing. Working closely with internal teams, platforms, and agencies, you’ll be accountable for driving sustainable growth while strengthening brand equity in a highly competitive digital landscape.
Your responsibilities
e‑Commerce Brand Ownership
- Own the brand performance across e-commerce platforms, acting as the single point of accountability for growth, execution, and optimization.
- Translate overall brand strategy into channel-specific ecommerce plans, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand building.
- Ensure strong brand consistency across all touchpoints on ecommerce platforms (storefront, PDPs, media, content, promos).
Consumer & User Experience (CX & UX)
- Lead continuous improvement of the online consumer journey, from discovery to purchase and repeat.
- Optimize PDP content, imagery, titles, descriptions, ratings & reviews, and navigation to drive conversion and trust.
Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth
- Own ecommerce performance marketing plans in collaboration with media agencies and platforms.
- Drive growth across paid search, display, affiliate, social commerce, and platform media with a strong ROI mindset.
- Define clear objectives, target audiences, and success metrics; closely monitor performance and optimize investments.
Commercial & Platform Collaboration
- Work closely with ecommerce platform teams (e.g. key marketplaces and quick commerce players) to unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead campaign planning, mega day execution, and joint business planning with platforms.
- Partner with supply chain, sales, and finance to ensure availability, pricing, and profitability are aligned.
Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and brief agencies across media, content, UX, and CRO, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with brand, social commerce, CRM, and sales teams to ensure integrated execution.
- Mentor junior team members and set clear ways of working.
The experience we're looking for
- Strong track record of driving growth on e-commerce platforms with clear commercial results.
- Solid understanding of CX, UX, conversion optimization, and digital shelf excellence.
- Hands-on experience managing performance media with agencies and platforms.
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Acts like an owner: proactive, accountable, and outcome-focused.
- Strong prioritization skill to operate in a fast-moving digital environment, with strong collaboration skill to align multiple stakeholders toward a common goal.
- Clear and confident communication skills to be able to present and communicate effectively to cross-functional team, agencies, and e-commerce partners.
