About the role
As a Reckitt intern, you won’t be observing from the sidelines, you’ll be fully involved from day one. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business projects, and gain exposure to a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven global environment.
Depending on your chosen function (Sales, Trade Marketing, e-Commerce, Finance & Supply Chain), you can expect to:
- Take ownership of meaningful projects that create real impact for the business
- Participate in day‑to‑day operations, supporting your team in achieving key deliverables
- Gain hands‑on experience, learning tools, systems, and processes relevant to your function
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and learn from leaders across the organization
- Build essential skills such as problem‑solving, communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis
- Be part of a culture that encourages curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Throughout the internship period, you will also receive guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to support your personal and professional growth. By the end of your internship, you will walk away with practical experience, strong industry insights, and the confidence to step into the next stage of your career.

What are we looking for?
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field of study
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months
