About the role

Reckitt is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technical Manager who can bring innovation and skill to one of our manufacturing sites. In this role, you'll guide your team through the exciting journey of developing new products and improving processes for some of the most trusted healthcare brands. Your expertise will be the driving force behind flawless production and the seamless launch of new items that will impact lives globally. Your responsibilities

- Spearhead Ensure compliance towards in terms of the SRQC and maximum availability and reliability for the mixing area packaging lines within manufacturing.  

- To optimize ' uptime' whilst controlling cost in the department and also Take ownership of the engineering stores and ensure reliability though robust system.
- Planned maintenance of all mixing and packaging site wide including bar Soap and ASL, Hygiene plants
-  RCA for incidents affecting productivity including Job Cards resulting from planned maintenance and keeping records for auditing purpose
- Assess Lead and coach your team effectively, while also ensuring that your team is available during manufacturing hours.
 

The experience we're looking for

- Extensive knowledge and background in manufacturing technology, ideally within the pharmaceuticals or FMCG sectors.
- Familiarity with UK, EU, and FDA regulations and legislation.
- A record of managing teams, nurturing talent, and evaluating performance.
- Skilled in cross-functional team influence, adapting strategies to suit various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and improve technical processes across the product lifecycle.
- Strong relationship management skills and a knack for business-centric decision-making.

The skills for success

A tertiary bachelors engineering qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering  

GCC Factories 

5 Years post -graduate experience within a Maintenace department in FMCG manufacturing plant, 

Collaboration, Partnership building, Relationship management, Business acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced analytics, Data analytics, Manufacturing excellence.
