About the role
Are you passionate about leading a team towards excellence in one of the most vital sectors of consumer health and hygiene? As Reckitt's Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you'll be the linchpin in our manufacturing operations, ensuring implement our Global Reckitt Production System (RPS) working the Manufacturing Excellence co-leads with the site director the manufacturing excellence program. You will champion the production of high-quality products that meet the needs of millions globally. This role is your opportunity to pioneer innovative solutions and inspire a team dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives.
Your responsibilities
- Manufacturing Operating system: Co-lead the implementation of the Global Manufacturing Operating System(RPS) to performance and gap to target processes.
-Measures and data analysis : ensure consistency and compliance of performance measure and losses definition with global standards. Improve data collection system efficiency and accuracy in collaboration with IT&D team and digital manufacturing Optimize reporting visualization and consolidation to improve gap diagnosis.
-Problem Solving: Diagnose performance gaps and trigger improvement plans acros functions, train, coach and assess problem solving and gap diagnosis capabilities in all functions for sporadic and chronic losses.
-Continuous improvement program: based on TPM/IWS pillars , the program requires to develop functional capabilities (pillars) for performance improvement. Your responsibility is to be an instructor and facilitator, a hands- on change agent, an inspiring leader for excellence across the functions.
-Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on core principles of TPM/WCM/IWS/Lean
-Collaborate with cross functional teams to reduce OEE losses (OEE), reduce waste, reduce energy consumption, reduce quality losses, increase productivity, reduce safety risks ect.
-Manage CI budget and monitor financial results
-Lead strategic initiatives for building own capabilities
- Mentor a talented operators /teams, nurturing a culture steeped in safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and swift problem resolution.
- Uphold stringent safety and quality standards, reinforcing a safe and compliant production environment.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
-10 years of manufacturing experience, FMCG preferred, including functional manager responsibility
-4+ years working in operations with manufacturing excellence structured program, progressively expanding the system and reaching higher levels of adoption, maturity and therefore results.
-Experience with TPM/WCM/IWS strategy implementation
-Expertise as trainer and coach of TPM/ WCM/IWS methodologies and systems.
-Strong leadership, change management, communication and collaboration skills.
-Experience implementing digital working systems e.g MES, connected worker, Power BI, power
-TPM/ IWS/WCM instructor or similar, pillar leader, program manager, experience in statistical tools.
-Passio for people development, shopfloor excellence and continues improvement.
- A strong leadership presence with a knack for motivating, driving change, and cultivating an ethos of ongoing refinement.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving, capable of making timely, impactful decisions.
- Familiarity with business partnerships and excelling in collaborative environments.
