About the role
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract.
This role is responsible for driving Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement and activation strategies across Reckitt's Self Care portfolio. Working within the IMEX Professional Marketing team, the incumbent will localise and execute global multi-channel HCP marketing toolkits, develop additional market-relevant content, and ensure all materials meet local regulatory and copy approval requirements.
The role focuses on building trust, belief, and recommendation among HCP audiences through evidence-based, insight-led communications. Key responsibilities include managing HCP marketing campaigns across multiple channels, tracking reach and business impact against KPIs, supporting HCP engagement strategies across brands, and ensuring effective in-market execution.
The successful candidate will also train detailing and sales teams on the effective delivery of HCP communication toolkits during face-to-face engagements, customer calls, and key healthcare conferences, while measuring and reporting campaign performance and outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Adapt and refine global Health Care Professionals communication materials to the local context which drives Health Care Proffessional awareness, advocacy and category leadership
- Seek Health Care Professionals insights from internal and external stakeholders which inform the approach to Health Care Professional communication.
- Work in collaboration with the Professional Marketing team as well as agency partners, regulatory, marketing, pharmacy sales and detailing team to ensure toolkits are compliant and are implemented across channels of communication to the Health Care Professionals.
- Build strong working relationships with existing and new external key opinion leaders and professional organisations in delivery of Health Care Professional communication strategies.
- Deployment of Health Care Professional toolkits to detailing and sales force in an engaging, memorable, clear and compelling way.
- Take responsibility as a key Reckitt employee and representative of the brands at key Health Care Professional conferences and events. Liaise with Health Care Professionals about the Reckitt portfolio, its evidence base and reasons to recommend to patients
The experience we're looking for
- Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a science or health profession - from a recognised University
- 5 years Industry experience within Scientific, Communication, Health Care Professional marketing or Health Care Professional sales/detailing roles
- Basic understanding of the healthcare ecosystem within the country
- Experience in Health Care Professional content creation
- Proven examples of working with external experts in delivering educational content within the medical environment
