​General Management​

Our Executive Personal Assistant is responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic direction, operations and performance. Together, we navigate and lead Reckitt through dynamic global and environmental changes, whilst looking ahead to the horizon for growth and sustainability opportunities.

We touch every part of our organisation, from developing and executing long term business strategies to ensuring financial health and budgeting. We do this by inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and encouraging pride throughout - shaping our culture of care - with key values and ethical standards leading our way.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:


- Trusted Senior Leadership Support
Act as a true right‑hand partner to senior leaders, managing priorities, anticipating needs, and resolving operational and administrative issues proactively.

-Operational Excellence & Business Management
Seamlessly manage calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, invoices, budgets and meetings.

Appropriately and confidentially manage confidential data, including sensitive business and financial data and personnel information. • Diagnose and handle business issues as they arise in a logical, self-directed manner. Determine what issues need to be brought to management's attention.

-Culture, Coordination & Team Enablement
Serve as the nucleus of the team by driving culture, organizing on‑ and off‑site events, and being the central “go‑to” person who keeps the team aligned and moving forward.

-Stakeholder & Network Management
Build strong internal networks and act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling requests with professionalism and discretion.

-Process, Governance & Follow‑Through
Take meeting minutes, track and close action items, implement and improve administrative processes, and ensure timely communication and execution.

The experience we're looking for

- Minimum of 10 years of Administrative experience at C-level
- Background in business administration or a closely related field, showcasing your broad skill set.
- Proven experience in a PA, EA, or similar role within a dynamic environment, FMCG industry preferred.
- Excellent command of MS office / Outlook Calendar tools and a proficiency in English that enables clear, concise communication.
- Top-tier organisational and time management prowess; you're known for never missing a beat.

 You value discretion, handle confidential information with care, and have a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
