About the role
Seeking a leadership opportunity where you can mould the future? As a Project Admin at Reckitt, you'll be in the driver's seat, working with a team of dedicated Project Coordinators . Your role is pivotal – the opportunity to support the implementation of New Product Development (NPDs) / Existing Product Developments (EPDs) and Value-Added Products (VAPs) from project initiation to launch to ensure achievement of business objectives and projects by managing the following key delivery areas. We're inviting you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence will go beyond operations to truly shape our success.
The role is a Fixed Term for 2 years
Your responsibilities
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain up-to-date templates, reports, and meeting records with proper revision control.
- Manage and update project databases, SharePoint, and folder structures (local and regional).
Tracking & Reporting
- Consolidate project data and produce summary reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Administration
- Schedule key meetings and prepare presentation decks.
- Provide inputs for broader business meetings.
NPD/EPD Project Execution
- Support or lead innovation pipeline initiatives.
- Coordinate projects from initiation to launch, including scope definition and timeline creation.
- Track tasks, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.
- Facilitate production planning to minimize write-offs during changes.
- Generate cost statements using supplier, procurement, and financial data.
Gross Margin Expansion
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Identify material simplification and rationalization opportunities across brands.
- Review processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate execution of identified cost-saving projects.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
- Align efforts with gross margin improvement, supply excellence, and overall business performance goals.
The experience we're looking for
Qualifications & Expirience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Supply Chain, Science, or Engineering preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork capability.
- Fluency in English is essential.
