About the role
The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) drives business and technology transformation by analysing business needs, assessing current and future state processes, and translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements. Acting as a key link between business and technology teams, the SBA ensures solutions are aligned to organisational goals and deliver measurable business value.
The role provides leadership and expertise across the full solution lifecycle, including assessment, design, development, implementation, and support of business systems and processes. For new deployments, the SBA partners closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and adoption, ensuring robust, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver against agreed strategy and objectives on time, within budget and quality.
- Ensure alignment with global and regional Reckitt standards and services provided to the business.
- Compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Partner with teams across the organization to understand their analytics needs and create dashboards and reporting that allow them to execute more effectively.
- Reporting and analytics for the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources.
- Partner with all the functions to deliver any new IT tool in the market.
- Effectively manage external relationships with Vendors to the benefit of the company; this includes Vendor negotiation, Selection and Ongoing SLA management
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Manage expectations, ensure alignment, and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership
- Contribute to project planning, scoping, and prioritization.
- Participate in change management activities—training, documentation, and communications.
- Ensure solutions are implemented successfully and meet business needs.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 6-8 year of relevant experience required. A manufacturing/FMCG background will be preferred
- Proven delivery in enterprise transformation projects, large IT system implementations & digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum / SAfe
- Proficiency in Power BI or another BI Tool
- Advanced MS Office skills: MS Excel knowledge is a must
- Solid track record in the demonstrated ability to work with complex, high‑volume, high‑dimensional data from diverse sources and to clearly synthesize and communicate analytical insights to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
