About the role
Dive into the dynamic world of Senior Trade Marketing Manager with Reckitt plays a key role within the Country Sales team, driving excellence in store (4P) execution across key customers/key accounts. The role will also focus on building expert knowledge in our key categories and sharing this with the customer in order to build long-term partnerships and increase profit and sales. The TMM leads within the country the development and implementation of category management strategies, this will focus on increasing Reckitt Benckiser’s in store presence in our categories, strengthening our brands, optimizing product assortment, and promotional strategy.
As part of an experienced and dynamic Sales team, you will be responsible to define Category trade marketing KPIs and drive execution thereof. You will work on continuous analysis of the customer’s position, works together with the Key Account Manager to recommend in store actions aimed at strengthening Reckitt’s position in the category.
Your responsibilities
- Lead trade marketing strategy across brands and categories, including full 4P ownership, P&L preparation, and local category growth planning.
- Drive monthly forecasting, data analysis, promotional strategy development, and post‑evaluation with strong ROI and insight focus.
- Oversee distribution performance, in‑store POS execution, and innovation launches in collaboration with sales and key customer teams.
- Define and execute category trade marketing priorities (KBDs) while optimizing the sales operating model and ensuring day‑to‑day cross‑functional alignment.
- Manage, develop, and upskill direct reports, ensuring capability growth and readiness for future roles.Utilize syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and analytical tools to translate insights into actionable, consumer‑centric and channel‑relevant strategies.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ,Business or related field with 4–6 years of FMCG experience in Key Account Management and at least 3 years in Trade Marketing Management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, ROI analysis, and deep understanding of key customer channels (Modern Trade, Drug, Traditional Trade).
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data systems such as IQVIA, Nielsen, and customer data portals.
- Proven track record in developing impactful trade strategies, driven by consumer and channel insights, data analysis, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing abilities, with experience managing direct reports and collaborating effectively across stakeholders.
