About the role

Unleash your potential with some of the world's biggest brands as the next Management Trainee (Graduate Trainees ) at Reckitt South Africa

Our 13- Months ManagementTranee Program is designed to turn talented graduates in South Africa into future leasers. Featuring 4 - Months rotations within multiple functions (Sales,Marketing,Supply Chain) our program enables a deeper understanding though first hand expirience within the business with some of the leading globalconsumer products.

MT will also receive guidance , mentoship , Buddy and regular feedback to support their 13 months Management Trainee Program, successful trainee will be assessed for full-time opportunities where roles are available.

Are a recent graduate of Honors or Master, PHD degree (2024 onwards)
Have 0-2 years of work experience
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are ambitious, driven,agile and creative-with a can do attitude
Are able to commit to a minimum duration of 13 months .
